Dynamic Vehicle Routing Problem with Fuzzy Customer Response

This paper proposes a dynamic vehicle routing problem (DVRP) model with fuzzy customer responses and suggests optimal strategies. Most DVRP studies have focused on how to create new route upon the occurrence of situations such as unexpected demands. However, received little attention. When pop-up demand is added one planned routes, service for some optimally demands may be delayed. Customers file complaints or cancel their orders result delays. As result, response has significant impact current profits well future In this research, we consider in address it number. Changing distances defining time windows can resolve response. The are represented by rule. strategy provides viability reduce avoid losing potential customers.
